When is the car park open and how many spaces do you have? Are there disabled/parent and child spaces?

The car park is typically open Monday to Saturday from 9.00am to midnight to allow for Boots Pharmacy's opening hours. On Sundays and certain Bank Holidays, the park is open from 11.00am-5:00pm.

There are over 1,552 parking spaces including bays for disabled drivers and parents with children.

What are the nearest transport links?

The centre is easily accessed by car, bus, train and cycle.

There is a free car park on site (Sat Nav TS17 7BT). Bicycle racks are also provided.

Thornaby Station, the nearest train station is 25 minutes away on foot while the nearest bus station, Thornaby Middlesbrough Road Footbridge is 13 minutes away on foot.

Currently we do not operate a Shopmobility scheme, however Teesside Shopping Park provides a free wheelchair loan facility. Please contact the Management Centre or any store for details.

How accessible is the shopping park? Are there any lifts?

All stores over multiple levels have lifts. Larger stores such as Asda, Currys, Next and M&S may offer services such as special assistance or portable hearing loops. Teesside Shopping Park also provides a free wheelchair loan facility.

At Teesside, all staff are trained as part of the 'Working to become Dementia friendly' scheme to meet the needs of customers living with dementia and their carers.

We have a number of fantastic food and drink options located in the restaurant area, along with Nando's next to Asda living.

The public toilets are located next in our management suite. Toilets and disabled facilities can also be found in many restaurants and shops including Mothercare, Boots, Thomas Cook, Thomson, M&S and Asda.

The main baby changing facilities are within the management suite, between Sports Direct and Thomas Cook.

You'll also find feeding booths and a family room in our management suite.

What should I do if I think I've lost something on site?

The park offers all of its customers a free BT Wifi service.

We welcome dogs on leads throughout the park, but only assistance dogs are allowed in stores.

    The Arriva North East S2 service runs from Middlesbrough Bus Station to Teesside every 30 minutes on Saturdays.

Facilities

The main cash points are located at Marks & Spencer and Asda Living.

Bike racks are provided to keep cycles secure while you shop. Teesside is easily accessible from local paths making it a cyclist friendly destination. 

There are over 1,552 free parking spaces at Teesside. The car park was recently awarded the Park Mark Award. This is an award given by the Police to car parks achieving the standards of the Safer Parking Scheme, which is designed to reduce crime in car parks.

ChargeBox is now available at Teesside. Charge the battery of your mobile device safely and for FREE. The facility is located in the Information Centre.

You can find both a kiddie ride and a photo booth in the Information Centre next to Costa Coffee.

The toilets and baby changing facilities are situated in the management suite located next to Thomas Cook and Sports Direct.
