During busy periods you can grab a parking space quickly if you follow the signs for the Retail North and Leisure car parks where you can park all day.
Please note there is a 4-hour limit on our Retail South car park accessed via JD and Currys.

Coach and Group Trips
Teesside Park is the Tees Valley’s leading retail destination, offering a convenient stop for coach groups. With over 60 well-known brands including Next, Marks & Spencer, Boots and Primark, it’s ideal for picking up essentials, gifts or enjoying a quick shopping break.
A wide choice of cafés and restaurants—such as Nando’s, wagamama, Costa, Pause for Coffee, Asda Living Café and Five Guys—makes it easy to grab a bite, whether you’re after a quick snack or a relaxed meal. Clean and modern public facilities and easy access across the park ensure a comfortable visit for all passengers.
For groups with a little extra time, leisure options like Hollywood Bowl, Ninja Warrior UK and Showcase Cinema are also available, offering added flexibility to suit your itinerary.
Directions
Teesside Park is strategically located at the junction of the A19 and A66, making it an ideal stop off point for journeys to destinations such as Newcastle and Scotland to the north, as well as Yorkshire locations to the south.

To access the dedicated drop-off and pick-up point, continue straight over the main roundabout as you enter the park. At the mini roundabout next to the furniture stores, loop around and take the exit back toward the entrance side. The drop-off and pick-up bay is located on the left-hand side, behind the Costa Drive-Thru.
Alternatively, coaches can be parked in the Leisure car park which is clearly signposted and located a short distance from the drop off point.
Benefits to Driver
When pre-booked via the web form, drivers benefit from a range of on-site facilities designed to make their visit as comfortable as possible. These include restroom and shower facilities, kitchen access, a meet and greet service, WiFi and a quiet space to relax.
Drivers who arrive without a prior booking are welcome to park in the Leisure car park (near Hollywood Bowl and Showcase Cinema).
