During busy periods you can grab a parking space quickly if you follow the signs for the Retail North and Leisure car parks where you can park all day.
Please note there is a 4-hour limit on our Retail South car park accessed via JD and Currys.

Teesside Park Launches Free ‘Little Library’ Book Swap
Teesside Park has unveiled its first-ever Little Library, giving children the chance to swap and share books for free.
With more than 150 books already donated by employees from across Teesside Park – from Morrisons and M&S to British Land and Westgrove – the initiative aims to inspire a love of reading, encourage sustainability, and bring the community together.
From beloved picture books like Spinderella, Mrs Armitage and the Big Wave, and Duck in the Truck to Michael Morpurgo classics and Diary of a Wimpy Kid favourites, there’s something for every young reader.
The Little Library is currently located in the Summer Social area, next to Sports Direct and Primark, where families can relax, enjoy the sunshine and pick up a new story. From 1st September, it will move into the ‘Hello’ customer services building so the swapping can continue year-round.
Centre Director Catherine Furlong said: “We’re so pleased to be launching our first book swap, giving the little ones of Stockon-on-Tees the chance to fall in love with reading, discover a new favourite book, or even just try something different.
“We hope this initiative will inspire visitors to pass on any good books they’ve finished reading to help support other families to enjoy them too. This has been made possible thanks to the generous donations from our team and the wider centre – we can’t wait to see people from across the community swapping, sharing, and discovering the joy of reading.”
