Evans Cycles Go Win a Kids’ Pinnacle Bike Worth up to £260 Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions  

1. The promoter is: STOCKTON RETAIL PARK LIMITED C/O BROADGATE ESTATES LTD of York House, 45 Seymour St, London W1H 7LX (the “Promoter”).
2. The title of the competition is “Evans Cycles Go Kids’ Pinnacle Bike Giveaway”
3. The Prize Draw will run from 12:00pm on 15 August 2025 (the “Opening Date“) to 12:00pm on 22 August  2025 (the “Closing Date“) inclusive.
4. All Prize Draw entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 12:00pm on the Closing Date. All Prize Draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
5. The competition can only be entered online before the Closing Date by:
   1. Liking the post on Instagram or Facebook;
   2. Following the Teesside Park and Evans Cycles Official Instagram or Facebook Accounts.
   3. Tagging a friend on the Evans Cycles Go Kids’ Pinnacle Bike Giveaway competition post on https://www.instagram.com/teesside_park (the “Teesside Park Official Instagram Account”); or https://www.facebook.com/Teessideshopping (the “Teesside Park Official Facebook Account”); and
6. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
7. The Promoter will not accept:
   1. responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
   2. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
8. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
9. The winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries within 10 days of the Closing Date (the “Selection Date“).
10. The Promoter will select one winner only from across Facebook and Instagram entries.
11. The Competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over except:
    1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
    2. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
12. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
13. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
    1. automatically generated by computer;
    2. completed by third parties or in bulk;
    3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
    4. photocopies and not originals; or
    5. incomplete.
14. There is no limit on the number of entries per person, with each tag (as described in condition 5(c) acting as a separate entry (provided conditions 5(a) and (b) have been met). Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
15. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize Competition.
16. There is one prize available, which consists of:
    1. One (1) Kids’ Pinnacle Bike worth up to £260. The winner may choose one bike model from the following list, subject to stock availability at the time the competition closes:
       1. Pinnacle Ash 20 Inch Bike Junior
       2. Pinnacle Koto 16 Inch Bike Junior
       3. Pinnacle Californium 20 Inch Bike Childrens
       4. Pinnacle Kauri 26 Inch Bike Junior
       5. Pinnacle Aspen 24 Inch Bike Junior
17. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable. The selected Pinnacle kids’ bike will be sent directly to the winner by Evans Cycles GO, coordinated by a representative from Frasers Group Head Office. The prize is not redeemable in-store.
18. The prize is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
19. The prize is supplied by Evans Cycles Go (within Sports Direct), 8A1/ 8A2/ 8B/ 9A Sandown Way, Teesside Park, Thornaby, Stockton-On-Tees, TS17 7BW
20. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
21. The Promoter will contact the winner directly via private message as soon as practicable after the Selection Date (“Notification Date“) using the social media handle provided with the competition entry. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the competition entry has been submitted.
22. If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 7 days from the Notification Date to claim the prize by responding to the private message sent by the Promoter and arranging for the e-gift card to be emailed to you. A valid postal address and contact phone number must be supplied to the Promoter via private message. If you do not claim the prize within this timeframe, your claim will become invalid.
23. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
24. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of the Notification Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
25. The next eligible entrant selected pursuant to condition 24 above will be required to claim the prize within 7 days from the date of the private message on the relevant social media platform from the Promoter. If the prize is not claimed within the specified time period, the claim will become invalid.
26. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
27. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

29. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.The
30. Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
31. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
