Access to the Changing Places facility is via a radar key, if you do not have your own with you please just ask a member of staff and they will be happy to help. The facilities are open in-line with the opening hours of the centre and include:
- Changing Bench – adult-sized and height adjustable
- Hoist – ceiling track hoist designed to be used with loop attachment slings
- Sink – height adjustable
- Toilet – the toilet has room either side for carers to support

We are now able to offer our Wheelchairs loan service. Wheelchairs should be collected from and returned to the Management Suite, to enable our cleaning teams to sanitise them before and after use.

The car park has dedicated disabled parking spaces for Blue Badge holders.
All stores are accessible at ground level. Any stores which have multiple floors within their store have lifts available for visitors. Larger stores such as Asda, Currys, Next and M&S may offer services such as special assistance or portable hearing loops.
For those visitors who need support with mobility, a free wheelchair hire facility is available from our management suite.
