Next is partnering with Olympic athlete and gold medallist Denise Lewis OBE to release the first ever Denise Lewis Edit for Spring 2021 – a functional and stylish range of activewear essentials engineered for ‘the gym of life’.
Designed for busy lifestyles and women on the go, the debut edit features performance clothing essentials such as leggings, sports bras and breathable tops – all of which are available in sizes 6 to 22 or XS to XXL.
The new range is available via Click & Collect.
The debut Denise Lewis Edit features the Olympian’s favourite pieces from the Next Active range. Tested and approved by Denise herself, the range is suitable for a host of different workouts – from high intensity training to low impact stretching and yoga – making her debut edit a versatile one-stop-shop for all your activewear needs.
Merging functional with flattering, the pieces boast all the important practical details required of an activewear collection – lightweight, breathable fabrics in plain and printed designs keep the wearer cool, while inner waistbands and side pockets ensure her phone or keys remain secure.
Sweat-wicking squat-proof leggings also ensure maximum comfort and manoeuvrability during workouts, whilst providing shape and lift to the legs too.
After previously working out alongside Olympic athletes, mother-of-four Denise now finds herself training with everyday women striving to reach their personal bests.
As such, her debut range with Next truly empathises with busy women and mums on the go who aren’t always able to carve out time for a gym session or morning run in amongst other duties and responsibilities.
Denise has engineered her activewear edit for ‘the gym of life’ – whether that’s lunging to pick up toys or jogging to the school gates at 3pm. Versatile and easy to throw on, the edit is designed to be the perfect accompaniment to the busy woman’s wardrobe.
“What I love about activewear is that it’s easy. It doesn’t matter what time of the day I put it on. It’s simple. I can go to the gym, I can pick up the kids from school. It’s just comfortable and I feel good in it.” – Denise Lewis
