    1. The promoter is: STOCKTON RETAIL PARK LIMITED C/O BROADGATE ESTATES LTD of York House, 45 Seymour St, London W1H 7LX (the “Promoter”).
    2. The title of the competition is “Win a Ninja Warrior UK Teesside Family Ticket and Goody Bag Father’s Day Social Media Prize Draw”.
    3. The competition will run from 09:00am on Monday 15th June 2026 (the “Opening Date“) to 10:00am on Friday 19th June 2026 (the “Closing Date“) inclusive or at an earlier time or date determined by the Promoter if:
      1. all prizes have been won; or
      2. forced to do so by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
    4. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 10:00am on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
    5. The prize draw can only be entered online before the Closing Date by:
    6. Liking the post on Instagram or Facebook;
      1. Following the Teesside Park Official Instagram or Facebook Accounts:
        @teesside_park (the “Teesside Park Official Instagram Account”); or
        @TeessidePark (the “Teesside Park Official Facebook Account”)
      2. Following the Ninja Warrior UK Teesside Official Instagram or Facebook Accounts:
        @ninjawarriorukteesside (the “Ninja Warrior UK Teesside Official Instagram Account”); or
        @ninjawarriorukteesside (the “Ninja Warrior UK Teesside Facebook Account”)
      3. Tag a friend on the “Win a Ninja Warrior UK Teesside Family Ticket and Goody Bag Father’s Day Social Media Prize Draw” post.
    7. The Prize Draw is free to enter with no purchase being necessary.
    8. The Promoter will not accept:
      1. responsibility for competition entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure, or lack of internet or mobile network connectivity of any kind; or
      2. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
    9. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    10. The winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries within 5 days of the Closing Date (the “Selection Date“). The decision of the Promoter (acting reasonably) will be final. The Promoter will select one (1) winner only from across Facebook and Instagram entries.
    11. The Competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over except:
      1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
      2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
      3. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
    12. The Promoter may ask the winner to provide proof of age and/or confirmation of eligibility to claim your prize.
    13. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
    14. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
      1. automatically generated by computer; or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
      2. completed by third parties or in bulk;
      3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
      4. photocopies and not originals; or
      5. incomplete.
    15. There is no limit on the number of entries per person, with each tag (as described in condition 5(d) acting as a separate entry (provided conditions 5(a), (b) and (c) have been met). Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed.
    16. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize Competition.
    17. There is one (1) prize available, consisting of tickets for four (4) individuals to participate in a sixty (60) minute session on the Ninja Warrior UK Teesside adventure course. The prize includes the provision of required socks. The session must be booked and attended on a date and time selected by the winner, subject to availability within 12 months of the closing date and in line with the venue’s standard booking terms and conditions. The prize will also include a Ninja Warrior goody bag including a headband, sweatband and gloves.
    18. The Promoter is not responsible for the winner’s use of the prize once collected. All use is entirely at the winner’s own risk. This includes foodrelated prizes, for which the Promoter accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions or adverse effects.
    19. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes:
      1. liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent preserved by section 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977;
      2. liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
      3. any liability that cannot legally be limited.
    20. Each prize is subject to the individual terms and conditions of the respective Supplier. Participants are solely responsible for locating, reviewing and adhering to the applicable Supplier terms and conditions.
    21. Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative to the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes where necessary.
    22. The prize is supplied by Ninja Warrior UK Adventure Park, Teesside Leisure Park, Teesside Park Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 7BU
    23. The prize is not negotiable or transferable
    24. The winner of the competition will be announced via the Promoter’s official Facebook and Instagram Stories via the Teesside Park Official Facebook Account and Teesside Park Official Instagram Account on Tuesday 23rd June 2026 (“Announcement Date”). If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
    25. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
    26. The Promoter will contact the winner directly via private message as soon as practicable after the Selection Date (“Notification Date“) using the social media handle provided with the competition entry. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the competition entry has been submitted.
    27. Please allow seven (7) days for delivery of the prize OR If you are the winner of the prize, you will have seven (7) days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by responding to the private message sent by the Promoter. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
    28. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
    29. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within seven (7) days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
    30. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
    31. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
    32. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://www.britishland.com/privacy-notice. See also condition 23 with regard to the announcement of winners.
    33. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
    34. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
    35. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
