During busy periods you can grab a parking space quickly if you follow the signs for the Retail North and Leisure car parks where you can park all day.

Please note there is a 4-hour limit on our Retail South car park accessed via JD and Currys.

    Easy Ways to Get Here

    Teesside Park is easy to get to for students across Teesside, whether based on campus at Teesside University or living at home while studying at college or university.

    There are regular bus services connecting areas such as Hartlepool, Stockton, Billingham, Ingleby Barwick, Norton and Middlesbrough, with routes including Stagecoach 36, 37 and 38 and Arriva X12 and 16 running throughout the day. All services run into Middlesbrough Bus Station, which is around a 10-minute walk from Teesside University’s campus, making travel to Teesside Park really straightforward.

    If you’re heading out later, Arriva service 16 also stops directly outside Showcase Cinema (Monday–Saturday until around 10:30pm), so you can stay for food, shopping or a film without worrying about getting back.

    Driving is just as straightforward — Teesside Park is only a few miles from central Middlesbrough and offers free parking, including unlimited long-stay spaces.

    You can also get there in around 10 minutes by taxi or Uber from Teesside University, making it a quick and easy option if you’re heading out with friends.
