Throughout Teesside Park you will find a range of services and facilities to make your visit safe, comfortable and enjoyable.

There are accessible toilets in the centre as well as a changing places facility.

These facilities are located by the Management Centre between Sports Direct and Hays Travel.

The Changing Places facilities has the following features:

Changing bench- adult sized and height-adjustable
Hoist- ceiling track hoist designed to be used with loop attachment slings
Toilet- the toilet has room on either side for carers to support
Sink – height adjustable

The toilet is also stoma bag friendly.

In the main shopping park we have 66 accessible parking spaces. Customers can enjoy up to four hours of free parking, signage is displayed where limits are in place.
In the restaurants and furniture store area we have 31 accessible parking spaces.
Within in our Leisure area 90 accessible parking spaces, with no time limit.
These are all free to use however please display a valid Blue Badge

Yes, we have 18 paid for POD Point electric vehicle charging points on site located in the car park near to JD Sports. Our EV charging is 49p per KWH.

There are over 4,000 parking spaces at Teesside Park, including dedicated disabled and parent and child parking bays.  These are clearly marked with signage to the bays and to the tarmac.  There are also 18 dedicated Electric Vehicle Charge points at the car park entrance, adjacent to JD Sports.

Customers can enjoy up to four hours of free parking in the main retail car park, signage is displayed where this limit is in place. The 2,000 spaces in the leisure and restaurant car parking areas have no time limit.

If you are travelling to the centre by car, please see details of our parking options below:

– Short stay (less than four hours): We offer up to four hours free parking within the ‘Retail South’ car park which is accessed via the JD or Currys entrances.

– Long stay (more than four hours): Making a full day of it at Teesside Park? We have more than 2,000 spaces in our leisure and ‘Retail North’ car parks which have no time limit. Please follow the yellow signs for the pedestrian route from these long stay carparks to the Retail South shops (approx. 5 min walk).

Blue Badge Holders: There is no time limit for blue badge holders within the ‘Retail South’ short stay car park, if you plan to stay longer than 4 hours, simply register at customer services (within the Hello! Building) within 4 hours of arriving at the centre. Please be prepared to show photo ID and confirm your name and vehicle registration along with the ID page or a photo of your blue badge, but please leave the main section of the blue badge in your car at all times.

Note: The registration is valid for one day only and please let us know each time you arrive if you plan to stay longer than four hours. You do not need to register if you plan to stay less than 4 hours.

Teesside Park car park has a Safer Parking Award from Park Mark.

Unfortunately, a wheelchair hire service is not currently available at the centre. Shopmobility in Stockton-On-Tees provides a wheelchair delivery and collection service, you can find out more here: Stockton On Tees – ShopMobility UK

The public toilets are located in our management suite including an accessible toilet and Changing Places facility. The toilets are open in-line with the centre opening hours.

Bike racks are provided to keep cycles secure while you shop. Teesside Park is easily accessible from local paths making it a cyclist friendly destination.

Teesside Park has launched the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme, to support more than 10 million people living in the UK that have a hidden disability. Our team have all been trained to recognise the meaning behind the sunflower.

The Change Places facility is located in the Centre Management Suite and access to the Changing Places is via a radar key. If you do not have your own with you, please just ask a member of staff and they will be happy to help.

The facilities are open in line with the opening hours of the centre and include:

  • Changing Bench – adult sized and height adjustable
  • Hoist – ceiling track hoist designed to be used with loop attachment slings
  • Toilet – the toilet has room either side for carers to support
  • Sink – height adjustable
  • Shower – handheld and adjustable shower

The main cash points are located at Marks & Spencer and Asda Living.
