Teesside Park is open between 9am and 8pm from Monday - Friday. On Saturday we're open between 9am and 7pm. Shop with us from 10:30am to 4.30pm on Sunday (some stores offer browsing time from 10am).

Yes.  We understand that for people with sensory, autism spectrum conditions or additional needs a visit to a busy shopping centre like ours can be a daunting experience. To make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible we’ve introduced Autism Hour 9am to 10am on Saturday mornings. 

 

There are over 1,552 parking spaces including bays for disabled drivers and parents with children. These bays are located near M&S, Asda, Next, Boots, and TK Maxx, 

We are now able to offer our Wheelchairs loan service. Wheelchairs should be collected from and returned to the Management Suite, to enable our cleaning teams to sanitise them before and after use.

Signage will display where this limit is in place, and the 2,000 spaces in the leisure and restaurant car parking areas will have no time limit.

Bike racks are provided to keep cycles secure while you shop. Teesside Park is easily accessible from local paths making it a cyclist friendly destination. 

 There aren't any specific motor bike parking bays . We have a 10 bay stand located at the Management Centre behind Sports Direct.

There are over 4,000 parking spaces at Teesside Park, including dedicated disabled and parent and child parking bays.  These are clearly marked with signage to the bays and to the tarmac.  There are also 18 dedicated Electric Vehicle Charge points at the car park entrance, adjacent to JD Sports. Customers can enjoy up to four hours of free parking in the main retail car park, signage is displayed where this limit is in place. The 2,000 spaces in the leisure and restaurant car parking areas have no time limit.   Please see details of our parking options below: – Short stay (less than four hours): We offer up to four hours free parking within the ‘Retail South’ car park which is accessed via the JD or Currys entrances. – Long stay (more than four hours): Making a full day of it at Teesside Park? We have more than 2,000 spaces in our leisure and ‘Retail North’ car parks which have no time limit. Please follow the yellow signs for the pedestrian route from these long stay carparks to the Retail South shops (approx. 5 min walk). Blue Badge Holders: There is no time limit for blue badge holders within the ‘Retail South’ short stay car park, if you plan to stay longer than 4 hours, simply register at customer services (within the Hello! Building) as soon as you arrive. Please be prepared to show photo ID and confirm your name and vehicle registration along with the ID page or a photo of your blue badge, but please leave the main section of the blue badge in your car at all times. Note: The registration is valid for one day only and please let us know each time you arrive if you plan to stay longer than four hours. You do not need to register if you plan to stay less than 4 hours.

The car park is open Monday to Saturday from 9.00am to 9.30pm. On Sundays and certain Bank Holidays the car park will close at 5.00pm. Teesside Park car park has a Safer Parking Award from Park Mark.

We offer outdoor free-play areas on either side of the Park and outside of Costa.

We do have bottle warmers available from reception at the reception. It’s the parent’s responsibility to check the temperature of the milk prior to feeding their child.

The main baby changing facilities are within the Management Suite, where you'll also find feeding booths and a family room.  This is located next to Hays Travel.

Our outdoor childrens' play terrace is open.  You'll find it in the terrace outside M&S up to Curry's / PC World.

Security is on-site 24 hours a day at Teesside Park.

There aren't any banks on-site however you'll find cash machines at Marks & Spencer, Asda Living and Morrisons.
