    Teesside Park Individual store opening times may vary and some offer opening hours that extend beyond the park’s core opening hours. Food, cinema and leisure will be open later and on Easter Sunday– please check retailer websites for store specific details.

    Please note, if you are visiting by car, there is a maximum stay of 4 hours in the main retail car park which is accessed via JD or Currys entrances. We also have 2,000 spaces in the leisure, restaurant and homeware store car parks which have no time limit. Find out more.
