Short Stay Car Park

We offer up to 4 hours free parking in the main Retail South car park (accessed via JD and Currys).

Long Stay Car Park

There are over 2,000 spaces in our Retail North and Leisure long stay car parks which have no time limit and are a short journey to the Retail South stores and restaurants.

Free long-stay car park shuttle bus

Pick up the free shuttle bus service from the Retail North and Leisure long stay car parks to the Retail South shops and restaurants.

• Fri-Sun, 29th, 30th November and 1st December
• Fri-Sun, 6th, 7th and 8th December
• Friday 13th daily until Monday 23rd December
• Friday 27th – Monday 30th December

Every 20 minutes • 10am-7pm Mon-Sat, 10am-5pm Sun

Blue Badge holders

There is no time limit for Blue Badge holders. If you plan to stay longer than four hours within the Retail South car park, simply register at the Hello building or give us a call on 01642 056378.

Please be prepared to share photo ID and confirm your name and vehicle registration along with the ID page or a photo of your Blue Badge, but please leave the main section of the Blue Badge in your car at all times.
