How accessible is the shopping park? Are there any lifts?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy their visit to Teesside Park and have a range of services available to support our shoppers.

The car park has dedicated disabled parking spaces for Blue Badge holders.

All stores are accessible at ground level. Any stores which have multiple floors within their store have lifts available for visitors. Larger stores such as Asda, Currys, Next and M&S may offer services such as special assistance or portable hearing loops.

We have a disabled toilet and Changing Places facility also located within the management centre.
