During busy periods you can grab a parking space quickly if you follow the signs for the Retail North and Leisure car parks where you can park all day.
Please note there is a 4-hour limit on our Retail South car park accessed via JD and Currys.

Shoppers at Teesside Park can now get their gardens spring-ready with the opening of B&M’s new Garden Centre.
Spanning 10,000 sqft, the garden centre offers a wide range of quality products to help enhance and maintain any garden. From planters and pots to compost, decorative stone, artificial turf and more, there’s something for every garden project.
The new B&M Garden Centre is now open for those looking to improve their outdoor space.
