Matt Vickers MP Unveils New Stagecoach Connections to Teesside Park

Three new bus routes are now connecting Hartlepool, Norton and Billingham to Teesside Park.

Stockton South MP, Matt Vickers, officially launched three updated Stagecoach bus routes this week which will now connect areas such as Hartlepool, Norton, Middlesbrough and Billingham to Teesside Park.

The expanded number 36, 37 and 38 bus routes will stop at three different locations at the centre for the first time.

Fares for the services are included in the Government’s Bus Fare Cap, meaning all single tickets will cost £2 or less*. Other ticket options include the Dayrider which allows a day’s unlimited travel for £5.20, as well as discounted annual rates for colleagues working at Teesside Park.

The bus services run up to every 10 minutes from Monday – Saturday, and every 15 minutes on Sunday, with three stops at the centre outside DFS, JD Sports and Currys.

Matt Vickers, MP for Stockton South said: “As a longtime supporter of Teesside Park, I know these affordable Stagecoach services are going to make a real difference for the hundreds of workers and shoppers that visit the Park every day. This is great news for the area and especially for the young people that Teesside Park supports into employment every year.”

These updated bus routes will help make Teesside Park more accessible and we know this will make a big difference to our visitors and staff.

Ticket prices for the 36, 37, and 38 services are as follows:

  • Single fare: £2 maximum
  • 1-day Teesside Dayrider: £5.20
  • 1-day Teesside and Hartlepool Dayrider PLUS: £6.50
  • 7-day Teesside Megarider: £15.00
  • 7-day Teesside and Hartlepool Megarider PLUS: £19.00
