Teesside Park is the perfect place to find everything you need, all year round!

To help make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we’ve pulled together some helpful travel tips and visitor information. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick visit or spending a little longer, everything you need to know is right here to make your trip to Teesside Park easy and stress-free.

Hop on the Bus

With several bus routes serving the centre, it’s easier than ever to get to Teesside Park by bus.

Hop on the bus from Hartlepool, Norton, Billingham, Middlesbrough, Stockton, Ingleby Barwick, Thornaby and more.

Plus, the extended Arriva Service 16, which now stops outside Showcase Cinema and runs until 10:30pm Monday to Saturday, makes getting to and from Teesside Park even easier for shopping, dining and leisure visits.

Parking

Long Stay

There are over 2,000 parking spaces available across our Retail North (next to DFS) and Leisure long-stay car parks, both allowing you to park all day with no time limit. These car parks are just a short five-minute walk from the Retail South stores and restaurants.

B&M Short Stay

The B&M car park, accessed between the Morrisons petrol station and Pets at Home, offers 4 hours of free parking and a convenient alternative to the main Retail South car park.

Short Stay

We offer up to 4 hours free parking in the main Retail South car park (accessed via JD and Currys).

Opening Hours

Our stores are open until 8pm on weekdays, 7pm on Saturdays and 4.30pm on Sundays, giving you plenty of time to shop.

When planning your visit consider visiting during quieter times (before 11am and after 4pm).

Restaurants, cinema, and leisure are open later. Please check individual opening times directly ahead of your visit.

Please note our Easter weekend opening hours:

Good Friday, 3rd April: 9am – 6pm
Easter Saturday, 4th April: 9am – 7pm
Easter Sunday, 5th April: Closed. NB: Some restaurants and leisure will open, and visitors should check with individual venues for specific details.
Easter Monday, 6th April: 9am – 6pm

Blue Badge holders

There is no time limit for Blue Badge holders. Blue Badge holders who plan to stay longer than four hours within the Retail South car park should simply register at the Hello building or give us a call on 01642 056378.

Please be prepared to share photo ID and confirm your name and vehicle registration along with the ID page or a photo of your Blue Badge, but please always leave the main section of the Blue Badge in your car.
