Transforming Teesside Park

Teesside is one of the region’s leading shopping and leisure destinations, offering a wide range of the UK’s favourite retail brands.

As well as our vast selection of shops, there’s lots of places to eat and drink – and with late opening hours during the week, a visit couldn’t be easier.

We’ve got big plans for the park and are investing £12 million to transform Teesside over the next few years.

The works will improve car parking as well as the overall shopping environment and experience at the centre.

When complete, we’ll have new walkways and more than 1,600 free parking spaces including some electric car-charging points.
